Another Batman line which has shown up recently in stores is the Stealth Strike line. This line was released in the US in the last quarter of 2011. The style of the figures is the same as the Batman Brave and the Bold line. I got this Riddler figure a couple of months back from overseas.
This figure was a surprise. The Brave and the Bold line had been cancelled and there was no mention of it at the toy shows or in the media. Great that he got released, he'll slot straight into the collection. He's got a great head sculpt. He's got that smug, know it all expression on his face. The body is pretty much the same as with previous Brave and the Bold figures. He's wearing his classic costume. He's got great paint. The question marks on his costume are clean and sharp.
He comes with a question mark cane accessory. If I remember correctly, he appeared with it briefly in the cartoon. The cane is hollow on one side but it does not affect his grip of it. You cannot attach the cane to any of the holes on the figure like with previous Brave and the Bold figures.
Articulation. The neck and waist rotate, and he's got peg shoulders, single hinge elbows and peg hips.
The Riddler is a must have if you're a fan of the Brave and the Bold line. I didn't like the figures at first, but they look great when you got a bunch of them together.
Riddle me this, who's white faced, likes to wear purple and has a figure from the toy lines represented below?
Thanks for viewing!
